Is a deposit required?
Yes. We require a $250.00 nonrefundable deposit to secure your event date.
How many hours do I have the venue for?
Depending on the package you pick your party will run 2-4 hours.
Is there an additional charge if I go over my allotted party time?
Yes, it will be discussed prior to your event and varies depending on party size.
How far in advance can I come to decorate for my party?
We permit decorating during operating hours only. We permit decorating two hours prior to your event only if there is no other function occurring at the time. If there is a function prior to
your event you will be able to decorate during your 2-4-hour time block.
What type of decorations are permitted?
We allow for centerpieces on the tables, balloons, flowers. Blue tack adhesive permitted. No other type of tape adhesive is permitted. Nothing is permitted to hang from the ceiling.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you are permitted to bring your own cake. You must just sign a Hold Harmless when bringing any outside food.

Is there a cake cutting fee?
We do not charge a cake cutting fee.
What is the 18% service charge?
The service charge is a fee charged on all Westwood services. The service charge covers the costs of Westwood’s investment time to prepare for and staff your event. Including, but not limited to, linen rentals, fixture rentals, cleaning services etc. Gratuities (tips) are not included, and are voluntary.
How many people does your banquet room hold?
Our banquet room can fit 100 people comfortably with no other outside vendor (i.e. DJ)
