Westwood Golf Club Tee Time Policy
***PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BOOKING OF YOUR TEE TIME:
Tee Times may be made online up to 14 days in advance for a maximum of 4 players. Groups of 4 or more must call the pro shop to book. All golfers are now required to leave a credit card on file when booking. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your tee time to cancel or reduce the number of players. Golfers who short-show or no-show will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. You may do this during daylight hours in person or 24/7* over the phone by calling (856) 845-2000. The credit card holder is responsible for all players in the group. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website. Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your tee time to allow for check in, loading your cart, and getting to the first tee. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your tee time and moving to the next available, if any. You must have a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart, Permits do not count. Westwood does not offer rental clubs. All golfers must have their own bag of clubs. NO “ride along” passengers are allowed. No coolers or backpacks are allowed on the golf course. When purchasing drinks from the pro shop or snack stand, we will provide you with a bag and ice.
*Our new answering service offers a quick and easy way to reserve, review, modify or cancel tee times 24 hours a day/seven days a week and is available via both the telephone and on our website.
Proper Attire Required Year-round – NO JEANS, NO TANK TOPS, NO T-SHIRTS, NO BASKETBALL SHORTS!!! Soft Spikes Only. No coolers are allowed on the golf course.
In the interest of all golfers, please play “Ready Golf” and maintain your position on the course by keeping up with the group in front of you. Slow play WILL NOT be tolerated. Groups falling behind may be asked to pick up the pace or skip a hole. If any group does not return to an appropriate position on the course within a reasonable amount of time, you may be asked to leave course without refund.
USGA RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY. No more than 4 players in a group. Carts are to be parked on paths around tees and greens. Replay ball if it hits power lines. All yardages are measured to the center of the green. The maximum score for each hole played is limited to a net double bogey – which is equal to Par of the hole + 2 strokes (double bogey) + any handicap strokes the player is entitled to receive on that hole based on their Course Handicap.
